Your hands will instinctively be the first thing to pop up and protect you from any fall… And while you still might have some injury, gloves will undoubtedly save you from extreme cuts and scrapes… So what is that worth to you? … For my Beach Cruiser eBikes, I’m a big fan of using these non-traditional “Wells Lamont Leather Work Gloves with Wrist Closures” gloves for a bit of “Motorcycle” cool flair and with the wrist closures… They really feel good!
Get Yourself Some Lights For Night Riding
I’m a big fan of having plenty of light when riding at night so that I can see and avoid any obstacles or dangers coming my way far in advance… There are are many types of bike light options available to you that you easily attach to you bike.
Led Flashlight with 360° Swivel Mount
I like to use these nifty 360' flashlight holders and place them down low on the front fork so that I don’t get any reflection in my eyes from my front basket, as I would if mounted on the top handlebar… Even just one of these on the right front fork with any inexpensive high powered LED flashlight works really well to light your way.

For safety and common courtesy when riding past others, it’s really important to go slower and let them know you are coming through and about to pass by ringing a simple bell.
