- Cost of Parts: To ensure transparency, you will purchase the required conversion parts from a recommended list of items. The estimated base cost for the e-bike conversion parts is approximately $450. This includes a motorized wheel e-bike conversion kit with a 750W motor, a throttle or thumb accelerator for speed control, an electronic controller unit for power delivery and speed management, a torque arm for safety, and a rechargeable lithium-ion battery.
- Service Charge: My service charge for this type of basic assembly and conversion process starts at $200.
- Hourly Rate: For any customization or modifications beyond the standard conversion, or if you just need my assistance for specific areas of your own conversion, my hourly rate is $50 an hour.
The final cost will depend on the complexity of the conversion and any extra features you choose to incorporate into your e-bike.
